I'm a newbie to access and have learned a little so far.
Wondering if anyone can help me out with manipulating some data.
I receive excel spreadsheets from an SAP extract that contains rows of data in the format of

fname lname addess email ...etc

however, for each person in the spreadsheet there are 3 rows of duplicated data for the first few columns.


row 1 - fname lname address
row 2 - fname lname address email
row 3 - fname lname address phone

is there an easy way to create a table with just 1 row of data with all the fields in one row?
