    Unanswered: dependecy case

    i really did not understand the following case
    In previous chapter, we have created procedures, functions, and packages to support the rental process. As application modifications are made in the future, we need to be able to identify all object dependencies to test our changes. Use the data dictionary and/or the dependency tree utility to complete a list of dependencies for all the more movies database objects.Do so in the format table
    the dependency type should be listed as direct or indirect
    Here is the table format

    Object name dependent object dependency type

    Thank you for any suggestion

    You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
    The average person thinks he's above average!
    For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.

    "database" as in Oracle's definition?

    Glossary

    "database" as in MYSQL, SQL Server definition (a.k.a. Oracle Schema)?

    the movies database has like 5 tables
    i can exectute each one by deptree such as
    SQL> exec deptree_fill ('table', 'scott', 'mm_movie');

    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

    SQL> select * from deptree;

    NESTED_LEVEL TYPE SCHEMA
    ------------ ------------------- ------------------------------
    NAME SEQ#
    ------------------------------ ----------
    0 TABLE SCOTT
    MM_MOVIE 0

    1 PACKAGE BODY SCOTT
    MM_RENTALS_PKG 808

    1 PROCEDURE SCOTT
    MOVIE_RENT_SP 806

    NESTED_LEVEL TYPE SCHEMA
    ------------ ------------------- ------------------------------
    NAME SEQ#
    ------------------------------ ----------
    1 PROCEDURE SCOTT
    MOVIE_RETURN_SP 807

    1 FUNCTION SCOTT
    MOVIE_STOCK_INFO 805

    i kow that nested level shows direct or indirect dependency but how can we extarct that in the following format
    Object name dependent object dependency type
    the dependency type should be listed as direct or indirect
