Unanswered: Should I build forms in Access or Infopath?
I am building a simple database in Access 2010 that will need some fairly complicated forms. This will be used to track patients and will need repeating sections on the forms for an unlimited number of procedures and dynamic sections that appear only if sections are answered in certain ways. I have very little knowledge with both Access and Infopath but from what I have read, Infopath will give me more control over my forms I create. However, it doesn't give me the simplicity of connecting to the tables within the software as Access would. I would have to somehow connect the form to access so that filling out the form would add entries to my database. I would like to host the form online in Sharepoint eventually that could run reports, but it will only be in Access for now.
Would I be better off building my forms in access or infopath and how do I connect it with my database?
