Hi,

I am attempting to create a report that I can print for clients.

The Report has a Form, which has a combo box and a subform in it (a pivotchart). The combobox selects the postcode we are interested in, and the information appears in the pivotchart.

The Form, with its combo box and subform pivotchart, is working perfectly. All the information comes up with no errors at all.

The problem is when I put the Form (and all its contents i.e. combo box and subform pivotchart) into a Report. When I view the Report layout, I get blank squares where the information should be.

I have no idea why its happening. If this has previously been resolved, could you direct me to the thread? If not, your advice is appreciated.

I am a beginner Access user.
