    Unanswered: DB2 default windows install

On windows DB2 creates the database directory on the C:\ drive by default. Is there a way to prevent this and have DB2 create it something like this C:\mydata\DB2_01 ?

    Thanks

Refer to the documentation for the 'CREATE DATABASE' command, you can specify an ON clause to put the database on a different drive (or additionally on multiple drives, to improve performance)

Set the DB2_CREATE_DB_ON_PATH variable: Miscellaneous variables
