    Unanswered: Doubt on db2 restoration

    OS on A & B: LINUX
    DB2level A & B: 9.7.4

    i am trying to take a back up from one linux system A and restore on another linux system B ...

    the db2inst1 path in A is home/db2inst1 and in B its dbdata/db2inst1 during restoration when i give the command db2 restore db sample redirect
    it gives me an error /home/db2inst1 path is invalid or does not exist but to change this path only i am giving redirect...

    please help me with a solution..

    please publish the complete restore command
    also indicate where the containers are created in system A and where you want them in system B
    also have a look at
