Question Unanswered: Formula for due date

Hi, I'm new to excel and the forum but I've searched and haven't found exactly what I'm looking for, so here go's. I have a database that tracks upcoming due dates for inspection's, currently its set up with this rule =$h$16>=360 for highlighting red and =$h$16=330 to highlight it yellow (h,16 is formula: today() ) so that it draws today's date and it should highlight it when the date is a 11 months to a year ago. But all it does is highlight it red whenever any date is placed in the cell. Any suggestions would be appreciated, or if I am doing it entirely wrong I'll take corrections lol. Thanks in advance.

It is too simple. Just add your due days with its main dates and you will get your due date. Below is an example of it.

If your date has dues after 30 days then simply add this formula.

=a1 (where your main date value is placed) + 30

Then after Color coding system you can use conditional formatting option.

Hope you understand what I meant to say.
