Unanswered: Append Data From Unbound Form to Table

    Hi,

I am creating a way to email support personnel with details of customer problems. I have successfully created a form that will send the data entered as a html attachment to an email address.

What i would like to do now is to save the data entered in the form into a table. I am using an unbound form for two reasons. First, i want to have a blank form when opened and also if there are multiple records in a bound table, all will be sent in the email.

I am sure the problem is with my query because i dont understand how i can make a select query (for converting to Append Query) without a bound table.

Is there a way to specify the unbound form field and relate it to a table field for appending?

I have attached my db in Access 2007 format.

    Thankx Heapz

For starters, I would say that neither of your reasons for using an unbound form are that valid. You can open a form in data entry mode and it will be blank, awaiting user input for a new record. It's easy to isolate a given record for an email. That said:

    INSERT INTO TableName(FieldName,...)
    SELECT Forms!FormName.TextboxName,...
