Why are you using the redirect option if you have an automatic storage database? Check out the RESTORE database command (Command Reference manual) to see how to restore an automatic storage database to a new path/location.

In fact the info is right here
Automatic storage and Implications for restoring databases - IBM DB2 9.7 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

I was reading it myself recently
Also, you sure you want "incremental" and not "incremental automatic"

and the SQL2008 error is becuase you threw those commands in to the middle of the sequence. good idea to execute 'get db cfg' etc in another window

    cut off the diag.log
    increase diaglevel to 4
just execute the restore command (restore continue is for redirect restore)
    according the doc :
    INCREMENTAL
Without additional parameters, INCREMENTAL specifies a manual cumulative restore operation. During manual restore the user must issue each restore command manually for each image involved in the restore. Do so according to the following order: last, first, second, third and so on up to and including the last image.

and what about the full backup this incremental is based on ?
try to read about db2 and try to understand how to handle DB2
publishing the diag.log will not resolve the problem unless you are willing to pay a consultant to do the work for you..
this is a free forum.. and you have to show some cooperation .. at least starting to read (this is for free)
