when you become knowledgeable of IKJEFT01
you will understand why your question makes no sense.
you will find that this forum in not really dedicated to z/OS
but rather to the LunixUnixWindows platforms,
which means there are fewer people left to interpret your lack of z/OS knowledge.

you invoked some db2 utility via IKJEFTxx
    you received a syntax error.
fix that (i.e. learn to properly format the control cards for the db2 utility)

I really don't think this forum was dedicaed to only DB2 for LUW.

I'm also interesting in commons/differences between DB2 on different platforms.

This forum is not dedicated to any one implementation of DB2, although the majority of posts deal with LUW.

The REORG statement is not an SQL statement, it is a utility (sort of like a DB2 LUW command), so the SQL Reference for Cross-Platform Development is probably of not much use in this case.

The OP is not trying to run the utility online, but through JCL in batch mode. To learn more about DB2 z/OS utilities, consult the DB2 z/OS Utility Guide and Reference.

If there are other REORGs that run successfully on your z/OS system, suggest you look at these and compare the difference(s) between them and the one you are working with.

Then use the manuals for reference when needed.

As DBZ mentioned, you will need to learn more about the z/OS operating environment.
