    Card Reader Recognition System

Hi All we are in the process of moving our offices into one big office and my boss wants a system that the participants will be able to swipe their card and have it populate our databse with the time and date they swiped in. Does anyone know of a good system that has a database that can interact with ours. Its a SQL Server 2005 system (ours)

Spend some time on the internet. There are lots of systems available to track time, however, you may want to ask some big picture questioins. Will this interface with Payroll for Timekeeping and or security access. Also if you have Union workers you may need legal to review the contracts for time keeping and pay and problem resulation. There are also vendors that will provide these services, provide the hardware and software and interfaces to other systems. really lots of options, comes down to long term goals and cost.
