    Hi,

    You must configure a connection between the two Informix instances on sqlhosts file and you must have a connectivity for it, then you do:

    database database_name@server_name;
    load or unload command;

    If you want to be more especific...

    Hope it helps

    Hi, the problem is always in process, So Is there a way to have the onpload on a client side like I just have done to dbaccess wich I have install on a client with just the Informix SDK and not the entire Informix server, so I'm on a client machine wich have full access to the database wich is in a distant server and I configure the onpload job on that server but I want to call or to launch the job from the client machine thru some king of command is that possible??

    No, it does not help
    What I want is to launch onpload but the command of extracting would be executed on a database wich is in an other server (a distant server).

    thanks
