Exclamation Incorrect records displayed in subform

    Hello all,
I am having a problem with one of my (many) subforms in my database. I have a parent table called demographics and the child table that it is related to is called physical exams. The relationship is one-to-many and referential integrity is enforced. When I look at the data in table form it displays correctly. But when I look at the data in the form view, all the physical exam records show up for one patient. For example, for patient XYZ all the physical exam records show up, and for patient ABC, all the physical exam records show up. I haven't the slightest idea of what could be causing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using MS Access? It probably means the subform is not linked to the parent form.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

I figured it out. It was a problem with the record source. Easy fix once I changed that. Thanks!
