Unanswered: Table Row Insert, Control Box

When I insert a row into a table, then make a Yes/No control group on a form and try to point to that new control source it doesn't show in the list selection. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you.

Can you elaborate a little bit more? With what you provide as explanation in your post, I doubt that anyone can be able to understand what you're trying to achieve.
    Have a nice day!

Okay. I have a table. I have a form. I insert a field to the table. On the form I add a yes/no control box. When I try to assign the control source to the control box, the newly added table field is not in the selection list. When I try to manually enter the new field into the control box Data>Control Source, I get an error message. It simply doesn'r recognize the new table field.

This type of situation usually occurs when the Form is based on a Query, and while a new Field has been added to the Table, the Field hasn't been included in the Query, hence it doesn't show up in the Field List.

    Hope this helps!

The problem with making anything that fools are so darn ingenious!
