    Unanswered: Unduplicating a report

Hello. I have a report with a substantial amount of information coming from a query pulled from various sources. I need to figure out how to unduplicate the name of the participants included in the report. Is there a simple feature to a query that I can use to do this?

    Thanks in advance.

If you want to suppress displaying name of the same participant in subsequent rows then do the following on the report:
    1. Open your report in design view.
    2. select the participant's Name Text box and display it's property sheet.
    3. Find the Hide Duplicates property and select Yes from the drop-down list.
    4. Save the Report.

Seems easy enough. I'll give it a try. Thanks!

So I guess the problem is that my report is a little more complex than your average, I suppose. It is broken down by Program. Under each program lists the last name and first name of each participant, in separate combo boxes. I should add that I have a count listed for each program also. When I set the unduplicate property to "yes" for both of the name boxes, it only leaves either first name or last name left in the report. The other part is that I need to unduplicate first and last name for each separate program.
