Unanswered: Windows 2008 Task Sceduler and Access 2012

I have some new 2008 servers. I have sceduled MSACCESS as task with autorun macros etc in the past on 2003... The syntax in the task Actions screen are not the same. Does anyone have a good resource for new syntax.

formerly in the 2003 task scheduler I had in Task tab under Run:
    "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Office Access 2007.lnk" C:\Batch\DBWORKORDERS.accdb

and in Start in I had:
    "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office"

The new task sceduler we have an Actions tab with an Edit Action window:

Action options: I selected "Start a Program" from the drop down as that is the only option. duh!

    1) Program/script:

    2) Add arguments (optional)

    3) Start in (optional)

Your direction would be greatly appriciated.

Create a batch file (.bat or .cmd) containing the necessary commands and parameters to have Access open the desired database, and call that file from the scheduler.
    Have a nice day!
