    Unanswered: Form Filter problem

    I am having problems with my switchboard and the filter on load command. I currently am wanting to be able to select a PROJECT from the lists of projects and have it open the project on the Projects form. The current filter code is:

    [PROJECT]=[Forms]![OWNERSHIP SWITHCBOARD]![List55]

    Project is the project I want to select and list55 is the area that the project is selected from. It is opening the project from the data that had been entered before upgrading the database to access 2010, and any new projects that have been added do not load with this filter it just opens a blank form. Am I missing something?

    Sounds odd. Are the new projects appearing in the list box?

    Yes...if I pull down the list box they are all there, but when new ones are added into the list box I am cut and pasting from the PROJECT field.

    Should I maybe have an = or an ! in front of the [PROJECT]?

    I suspect somewhere you have a query which doesn't 'know' about thr new projects. Id suggest examining the code from the switcboard to the form orreport and see what dataset is being referred to
