    Unanswered: Db2 archivelog restoration

    Hi,

I would like to make some kind of daily replication of a db2 database.
So, I would restore only the archivelog created each day on a db2 database to an other db2 database (which has the same database).
Is there someone who could tell me if its possible to only "restore" the archivelog from a db2 database to an other?

    Regards,
    Romain

Read about HADR in the manuals.

"It does not work" is not a valid problem statement.

Thanks for your answer, but it is not my purpose to make HADR.
I would like to have a daily copy of my environnement production.

So, is there anyone who could give me an answer?

    Regards,
    Romain

Read about HADR in the manuals.

HADR is basically doing what you describe. So there is no need to re-invent the wheel yet another time.
