A. Project Objective

The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife (WDFW) is soliciting a consultant(s) to provide application development and database management services to migrate the
Agency’s License and Fish Ticket System (LiFT2000) to a modern database platform (SQL Server) and a supported PowerBuilder platform.

B. Project Scope of Work

Anticipated services include but are not limited to the following:

Working in coordination with and under the direction of the WDFW Project Manager, the consultant(s) will:

1. Migrate the current LiFT2000 Sybase database (version 12.0.5) to MS SQL Server database (version 2008).

2. Migrate all of the data from current LiFT2000 into the new MS SQL Server database (version 2008). Validate that the data was successfully moved to the new platform.

3. Migrate the current LiFT2000 stored procedures from Sybase database (version 12.0.5) to MS SQL Server database (version 2008).

4. Migrate the following current LiFT2000 PowerBuilder applications from PowerBuilder (Powerbuilder 9.0.2 Build 7509 unless noted otherwise) to current PowerBuilder (version 12.5)
