Hello all,
I created a table of classes with check boxes for each job title required to take the course. I've learned lately that it was not a good way to design it. There's like 60 classes and maybe 50 job titles. Querying this table is beyond me. Not sure how to check each course for the positions that need it.

So, I'm open to starting this project over if there is a better direction to travel.

The end result I'm looking for is the ability to pull up an employee's name and see every course required of them by their job title.

Is there a better way to design this?
