    Unanswered: Sql Replication help

    Hi All,
The scenario is this.. I have a schema and there are 8 tables in it.. I need to replicate them to about 2 different DB's.

so the replication is 1 to 2 .. changes will be captured on one master server and applied to 2 slave servers.

I have successfully set up capture and apply program for one of those slaves..

The problem is how do I get to apply the capture for those tables to another apply..

do I create a seperate capture for the apply on server 2 or not? and if I create 2 capture programs on the same set of table will this cause an issue??

I have google this scenario but can't find anything?

    no : capture once
    define an apply_qualifier : source - target1
    define an apply_qualifier : source - target2
start aq1 and aq2 (on target1 / target2 or where you want them to run : best is close to the target)
when all has been replicated - capture will cleanup

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
