Red face Unanswered: Db2 z/os Bind error

We are getting the below error when we do BIND PLAN with the application DBRMs in the our production system.

DSNT208I -DSNP PROGRAM CTM10TRN PRECOMPILED WITH INCORRECT LEVEL FOR
    THIS RELEASE

The DBRMs for this BIND were generated in a system which is in CM Mode of DB2 v10 version and copied here.

The same BIND ran fine in other two test systems ( which also has DB2 v9 ) with the same program. We have cross checked everything from our application side in Programming point of view and we don't see anything different from the code which we implemented in our test and prod. But it worked for other prod systems related to our application as they both have DB2 v9 installed and not upgraded to v10.

Could you please help us with some justification of area which we need to look into and also on what basis we can get this issue resolved or do we need to concentrate on system related parameter ?

    From the IBM material:
Program 'program-name' was precompiled under a release not supported by the current level of DB2, or the contents of the DBRM have been modified after the precompilation phase.
Typically, you can "go forward" but not backward.
