    Unanswered: could you please answer..

    1. what are the ways of loading data into table?
    2. different ways of Refreshing of data (considering tables have same structure)
    3. What are the types of load operations?
    4. What are the reasons for getting -904 Sql error.
    5. What are threads and Triggeres.
    6. Is it possible to add column in the middle of the table using ALTER TABLE?
    7. If a table has data and no indexes on it, and I want to create index on a column what is the option for creating the index.

    4. something went wrong and the message tells you exactly what and how to fix it
    5. RTFM
    6. a table is a _set_ of columns and a _set_ of rows; thus, you don't have an order of columns - why would it matter anyway?
