    Unanswered: MS Access Syntax error

    ok I'm trying to get an expression syntax to work in MS Access but it keep getting the message "You may have entered an operator, such as the + operator, in an expression without a corresponding operand." this is the syntax that I'm using:
    AvgTechbyGroup:
    IIf(
    ([Support_Area_DL]="ECM-Tech-HO1-Support",2,
    IIf([Support_Area_DL]="ECM-Tech-RO1-Support",5
    ,0))
    )

    Try

    IIf(
    [Support_Area_DL]="ECM-Tech-HO1-Support",2,
    IIf([Support_Area_DL]="ECM-Tech-RO1-Support",5
    ,0))

    You might find the Switch() function easier, particularly if there are any more options.
