Unanswered: Db2 Stop Pending in loop (RESOLVED)

We use DB2 over Windows 2008 Server, 64 bit, HP 6 processors, version 9.5 Fix Pack 5

I tried to restart DB2 instance. The service did not stop correctly, according to Windows, and now I cannot start it again, nor in the Services window, nor at the Task Bar.

On the db2diag.log I find the following. This is happening for more than 4 hours uninterrupted now.
It seems to me that there is some giant rollback process going on.
Is there anything I must/can do to restart db or all I can do is just wait?

    Really need your help.

    thanks

    RESOLVED:

Some time thinking on what could be done lead me to ask to the server admin to kill the processes that were not responding in Task Manager.

All DB2... processes were down and just like that the database return to work properly. I just had to start DBM and DAS.

Thanks for those of you that cared to take a look at this post.
