Unanswered: Very Simple schema for questionnaire answers

I'm trying to create a quick and simple schema for a 10 question yes or no survey. I don't necessarily have to track who takes the survey or the questions because they won't change. The questions are not mandatory so some surveys might come back with just 1 answer. Does it make sense to just have one table with fields for:

    question_id
    yes
    no

The table would then just have 10 records (one for each answer).
Then to process it I could loop through each answer for a survey and check if their is a value, if there is a yes answer I could increment the yes field and a no answer would increment the no field.

You might want to keep track of how many answers were given for each question - not just the count of yes and no entries.

Wouldn't I be able to just get that on the fly (adding yes and no)? Each question will get answered a different number of times because they are not required to answer all 10 questions.
