    Unanswered: Facing issues with accessing the table from database

    Hi all,

    In our setup db2V9.7 with fixpack 4

    Facing issues with accessing the table from database:

    Table with the name of : TIS_DA_ERC_DATA

    com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: [jcc][t4][1065][12306][4.12.79] Caught java.io.CharConversionException. See attached Throwable for details. ERRORCODE=-4220, SQLSTATE=null

    Could you please give me the suggestion, why it's througing this error?

    Note: Database code set = UTF-8

    Hi guy,

    In our setup we are using Datastudio for query the tables and all, anyhow it's working fine for DML operation and all.

    In datastudio i tried to edit, and browse the data i faced this issue.

    with ddl you do not touch data
    as the message indicates : conversion error (for data = dml)

    has todo with conversion - have you checked/set client codepage
    final step would be to open an pmr if mentioned fp is installed

    Any how Database code set = UTF-8 (for the database)
