Unanswered: Standard design width of a Form

Currently my Forms are set at 6" width.

The left margin of the Form starts on the far left of the screen. The right margin is approx half way across my wide screen (with high resolution).

Is there any suggested standard width for Forms which make it look OK on most screens at most resolutions?
What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?

    In short No

I don't think Access jhas moved witht he times with larger and higher resolution screens in a native application. you cna fiddle with whatever you like adjusting the properties as you wish. eg change font size, default control widths and so on. but why bother.
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
