Eighties members have viewed your post without responding, and I'm guessing the reason is that they don't understand what you're trying to do! The Subform, in a Main Form/Subform scenario, is normally used to show the Records on the 'many' side of a One-to-Many Relationship, not to show the results of a Query invoked by a Command Button on the Main Form!
