    Unanswered: Brilliant Server V9.42 installation


    I just purchased the server of the software, and installed on our main server.

    But when I launch the program, some dialogue boxes are triggered, related
    to our order system!

    The first box says "Wait while Mamut Business software configures", with an abort button,

    and the other one says "To start installation of Mamut business software,
    please start Setup.exe" with OK button.

    If I push OK, both re-appers, and I have to click OK 7 times to get rid of them, and then Brilliant is loaded, and when I select a database file, I have to click through these boxes another 3 times to get my file loaded.
    From then I can edit the file.

    What causes this? some hickup in registry?

    I'd suggest you contact Mamut business software support
    I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

    I did, they told me it was caused by broken (Mamut) program files,
    so we have a solution.
