    Unanswered: 90 Day Rolling Period

    I have the below query, but only need it to show occurances, that are still valid based on a 90 day rolling period from the initial Hire Date. Any direction would help me out a lot. I am pretty much at a loss on this one.

    SELECT Occurences.ID, Occurences.Date, Occurences.Type, Occurrence_Types.Points, Occurences.Associate, Associate_Tbl.Hire_Date, Occurences.Comments
    FROM (Occurences LEFT JOIN Associate_Tbl ON Occurences.Associate = Associate_Tbl.Associate) INNER JOIN Occurrence_Types ON Occurences.Type = Occurrence_Types.Types
    WHERE (((Occurences.Type)<>"PTO"));

    use the dateadd function to get your 90 window
    I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
