Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.

and if you restart the apply - does error appear immediately or after some time ?
    is the problem fix ?
did you activated the apply trace to see details ?

    Hi Guy,

    here we go :
    I tried :
    1. rebinds
    2. recycle cap/apply (n times)
    3. recycle db2
    4. apply trace - shows nothing

The error message appears every time I start capture/apply programs
