    Angry Unanswered: General database question

I have a Schwab investment account i dont have social security number or account number I am having problems getting my stocks. I do know the address and the name on account(the account dont come up in system by my name). I know the date of birth also. My question is can you write SQL to retrieve an street address or date of birth value? Do you think the database engineers at schwab could retrieve my account record with the data i have. I do not know anything about databases I would appreciate your help. Thanks alot
