    Unanswered: When not to Use a RDBMS, Any good example with reasons.

    Hi All,
    I'm am looking for a good example of a scenario where its not recommended to use a DRBMS.

    It will be very helpful for me. If someone could give me any good case study with reasons.

    I'm am looking for a good example of a scenario where its not recommended to use a RDBMS.
    I was once asked to put a Labor Law library into DB2. Since laws, contracts, regulations, etc. are all text that has to be read by lawyers, this was absurd.

    The solution was a document textbase on an optical read-only disk using a search language that looks like Lexis/Nexis and WestLaw. These are the standards in the legal community.
