    Unanswered: Oracle Streams - Capture Not Working

    Hello. I have a very simple 11.2.0.3 database that is capturing updates to the PSPRT table and propagating to another database, which is running 10.2.0.4. The capture rule is :

    :dml.get_object_owner() = 'DBOWNER' AND :dml.get_object_name() = 'PSPRT' AND :dml.is_null_tag() = 'Y' AND :dml.get_command_type() = 'UPDATE'

    This does not capture any updates to the PSPRT table. If I take out AND :dml.get_command_type() = 'UPDATE', it works fine. The 11.2.0.3 database was recently just upgraded from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3. In the old version, the rule worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

    This has been resolved. Apparently this is a bug in Oracle 11.2.0.3. If you change AND :dml.get_command_type() = 'UPDATE' to AND :dml.get_command_type() like '%UPDATE%', it works fine.
