In this challenging position you are responsible for business process definition, analysis and redesign. Business and functional requirements gathering, documentation, design and management using various techniques (including: Requirement workshops, interviews, document analysis and visualizations) will also be part of your responsibilities. In this position you serve as the liaison between business, technical and other project teams. One of your tasks is to perform the communication of business and functional requirements to technical and non-technical staff. The coordination with user documentation and training groups will be part of your duties as well as user support. Besides you oversee the definition and writing of testing strategies, test plans, test cases and test scripts. Moreover you are accountable for the coordination and participation of testing activities. Beyond that you are responsible for project management, application development and testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience with computer-related project management and business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation, business user interactions, resource allocation and task scheduling. JD Edwards knowledge is a must. You already gained good knowledge of business application development with JD Edwards focusing on Manufacturing Shop Floor and sales order management. Formal training or certification in project management is your best advantage.
Personally you possess excellent communication and relationship building skills as well as ability to facilitate diverse groups and multiple staff levels. Furthermore you are results oriented and skilled with critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution. Excellent English and German language skills are assumed.
