    Unanswered: Running Multiple Queries in a form

    I have a form that I have setup to run 2 separate append queries with one button. Currently I have macros setup in the OnClick to run:
    OpenQuery (for query #1)
    OpenQuery (for query #2)

    What it is doing when I run this, is create two different records for the same person. For instance:

    1 First Name, Last Name Date
    1 First Name, Last Name WorshipType

    What I want is for it to create one record with all the information. For instance:

    1 First Name, Last Name Date WorshipType

    How can I accomplish this? Thanks

    Change one of the queries (or create a new one) and insert all fields with it:
    INSERT INTO TableName ( [First Name], [Last Name], [Date], WorshipType )
        VALUES ( Value1, Value2, Value3, Value4 );
    Then call it from the OnClick event handler of the command button.
