Question Unanswered: Losing ODBC connection to SQL Server 2008 R2

I am connecting to SQL Server through ODBC. After getting connected for the first time, I lose the connection after 5-10 mins. I get the following message.

    Connection failed:
    SQLState : 'HY000'
    SQL Server Error: -2146892976
Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0 SQL Server Network Interfaces: The system detected a
possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you.

    Cannot generate SSPI context

I have to Log off and Login again to get connected. What could be the reason for this.

Either the SQL client, the SQL server, or both need a SPN doctor!

In theory, theory and practice are identical. In practice, theory and practice are unrelated.
