    Unanswered: view event-monitor definitions

Using DB2 v9.7.7 with DPF on linux x64.

The syscat.eventmonitors view gives basic information about eventmonitors, but does not let you see the full definition of the event monitor.

If I want to view the definitions of an event-monitor (which I did not create, but which got created by another tool), is there some other system table or view that stores the full definition? In my case the event-monitors of interest are writing to unformatted-event-tables.

If I try the deprecated Control-Center, it shows these event-monitors but not their definitions. I do not know if Data-Studio v3.1 has functionality to view the definition of pre-existing event monitors.

You would use a combination of syscat.events and syscat.eventmonitors to pull the definition, there is interpretation required. I do not think the original sql that was used to create the monitor is stored, just the broken up definition.
