    Unanswered: Formatting columns: ASP/CSS

    Hello

    I have the following in my ASP code:

    Code:
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("ID") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("firstName") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("lastName") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("wolfID") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("telNo") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("stAddress") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("city") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("postCode") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("items") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("received") & "</td>"
    Response.Write "<td>" & recordset("dispatched") & "</td></tr>"
    The 'test' page is here:

    Displaying all records from a database table

    How would I format these Response.Write statements so that they have my desired font and text alignment, please?

    In the 'headers' I have the following coded:

    Code:
    .headerRow td {
        font-family: 'News Cycle', arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
        background-color: #9999CC;
    text-align: center;
    }
    but can't seem to do it for the columns themselves.

    Thank you for any advice.

    You've constrained the CSS selector to "headerRow" td's only. If you want to style other td elements you'll need to add the appropriate selector(s) to the CSS definition:

    Selectors
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    Hello Teddy

    Oh, yes....

    Many thanks for pointing that out. All corrected now.

    Cheers
