    Unanswered: Access Drop Down Box Help

    I have a form that asks users for project specific inputs, that is then used by a query to give the user the desired output. The form has drop down boxes that choose their list from a row in a table of parameters. The rows are all different lengths, so some of my drop down boxes have blanks in them. How do I make the program ignore the blanks, and only display the valid options?

    Thanks,

    HollyB

    Change the RowSource query of the Combo, adding a WHERE clause such as:
    Code:
    SELECT... FROM... WHERE Nz([Column Name],'') <> '';
    Have a nice day!

    Thanks I ended up finding that exact fix right before I left work Friday. I used where ___ Is Not Null. That worked beautifully.
