Unanswered: <column name> is not valid in the context where it is used.

    Hi all,
i added the new column in my exsisting table in Db2 database.
if i am try to insert the value to this column via Hibernate i got the following error.

    DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-206, SQLSTATE=42703, SQLERRMC=Column_ver, DRIVER=4.14.88

The Column_ver is a new column ,added for me.

If i insert the value using standalone programme instead of Hibernate ,it's get update successfully .

I searched in google using the error code SQLCODE=-206, SQLSTATE=42703, it states like <column name> is not valid in the context where it is used.

    Could any one help me,

    Regards

Look at the query generated by Hibernate and see whether it makes sense or not
