    Unanswered: Connecting DB2 DBSync for

    Hi Good day.
I'll be using DBSync for migrating a database db2 to mysql. I will use the db2 remotely.
Contacting the staff DBSync asked me to download the IBM Data Server Client. More it has 6 options. Alquem know what is the correct version?
Another thing, is there any configuration on the DB2 server in addition to release the port 50000 and the User Password?

    the link and ibm:
IBM Download initial Version 10.1 clients and drivers - United States

with some tools - the jdbc driver pack is enough
if command line interface is needed - runtime client is ok -
hostname/ip + port + dbname is needed to connect
    with uid/pw defined on server

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
