Unanswered: Send an Email if Due date is Approching

    Good Morning

    Back again

Having problems and wondering if it is possible within VBA or does it need to be completed through a query and if so How

I have a form "nominalregister" with a Relationship to a Table "tblnominal"

One of the Feilds is "Valid To" which is a date format

What I would like to do is send an email to warn that the due date for renewal is required 90 days prior

I am thinking that on load on the first navigational form when access loads so that it is checked regularly

    Thank you

You need an expression like: If [Valid To] - 90 = Date() Then SendMail() to validate the [Valid To] Field value and run the Mail Sending procedure in VBA.
