    Question Unanswered: HELP- creation of pop up window.. :S

    Hello guys!

    I was wondering if I could display all my forms in access 2007 into small windows. I mean something like a pop up window. Until now, all the forms I designed were displayed in full screen...

    Oh! [almost forgot ] Can it be done without writing codes?

    Thank you in advance!

    I don't know about not using codes but I have done it by;

    1. Creating a form to use as the pop up window. In ths example New_Customer_Popup
    2. Creating a command button on the form which activates the pop up window. In this case called Edit_AddBtn
    3. Assisgning an event procedure on the On Click property of the above command button with the code below.

    Code:
    Private Sub Edit_AddBtn_Click()
    On Error GoTo Err_Edit_AddBtn_Click

        Dim stDocName As String
        Dim stLinkCriteria As String

        stDocName = "New_Customer_Popup"

        stLinkCriteria = "[CustomerID]=" & "'" & Me![CustomerID] & "'"
        DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria

    Exit_Edit_AddBtn_Click:
        Exit Sub

    Err_Edit_AddBtn_Click:
        MsgBox Err.Description
        Resume Exit_Edit_AddBtn_Click

    End Sub
    There may be easier ways to do this, but this works for me.

    Thumbs up

    Ah! I could do it!
    I only have to disable the tabbed option...
    Thank you anyway..
