Unanswered: Making content control boxes mandatory prior to saving?

am making a form in word 2010 with content control boxes and I have coded it already to make it so that the fields are required to be filled out in a certain way( for example when someone has to post their ticket# it has to match my format) But the problem is, it only makes them fill it out once they click on each one. (I.E. You click Author and it will not let you do anything until you enter your name and if you click away it will prompt you to enter your name) I want to code the content control boxes to be all mandatory before saving and exiting.

Basically i'm looking for some sort of code that will make sure all the content control plain text boxes are filled prior to exiting. All the boxes are required (there are only four)

Sorry if this is the wrong place. New here.

don't think there are that many 'experts' at VBA for Word. you may strike lucky, but there seems little resonance for your requirements on a forum dedicated to databases, specifically 'Design, Develop and Administer'. but you may get lucky
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

Whether this is the 'wrong place' would depend on whether or not you are actually doing this in Word 2010 (as you stated) or in Access 2010; this is an MS Access forum!

    Hope this helps!
