    Here, when i m loading data's from the txt file i m getting error saying that there is an error during describe of table employee....But i have the table structure for the system/database user...But i m still unable to load the datas....If u see the above description u will get to know wat i m trying to do....

    Help me to load data's....welcome

    You are looking for trouble, man. From now on, pretend that SYSTEM and SYS users do not exist. Simply, do not use them. Use another schema for testing your skills.

    Oracle contains some predefined schemas (such as SCOTT or HR), but you can easily create your own one. Then, in that schema, create a table (EMPLOYEE in your case), create a control file and load data from a CSV file in there.
