do you have a license for db2 connect
these files should be added to the classpath

I have an application in java which is used to retrieve data from as400 DB2server . I was not able to extract one particular remote as400 server .
The error i am getting is
The application requester cannot establish the connection. (Connection timed out: connect)

Actually the actual ip of the database is mapped to another ip address and we are supposed to access the database through this ip address and we are not able to do so.
