Unanswered: Reclaim the tablespace size in partitioned Db

    Hi all,

In our setup db2V9.7 with fixpack 4.

under the instance we have two partitioned database.

Issue in reclaim the tablespace size:
    ----------------------------------

Initially the tablespace created with 2gb for the 1st and 2nd partition, Need to reduce the size to 1gb of size?

    tablespace script:
    ----------------

CREATE REGULAR TABLESPACE "TIS_JOB" IN DATABASE PARTITION GROUP VIC01 PAGESIZE 32K MANAGED BY DATABASE USING ( FILE 'tistest/data175' 1 G ) ON DBPARTITIONNUM ( 0, 1 ) AUTORESIZE YES BUFFERPOOL "TIS_DA_BUFFER" OVERHEAD 7.5 TRANSFERRATE 0.06 DROPPED TABLE RECOVERY ON

    How to reduce the size?

    Thanks,
    laxman.

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
