    INS_TIMESTAMP TIMESTAMP
    UPDT_TIMESTAMP TIMESTAMP
    INCOMMIT_TS TIMESTAMP
    INCOMMIT_VAG DECIMAL(3 , 0)

why would you need a weekly reorg? It being a history table, one would think that all of your data will be inserted at the end and there would not be any updates. As far as number of partitions that is all based on how many rows you want to see in a partition and how much data you expect the table to have and then its future growth into the partition scheme.

Is there any formula to calculate PRI & SEC allocations for a tablespace?
